These terms are the agreement between you and The Climb. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. We have kept them short and readable.

The Climb is a personal motivation and goal-setting tool. It helps you picture the life you are building and take small steps toward it. It is for self-development only. It is not financial, legal, medical or professional advice, and nothing in it should be relied on as such.
Use The Climb for its intended purpose. Do not misuse it, try to break or overload it, attempt to access other people's accounts, or upload anything unlawful, infringing or harmful.
The vision, photos, goals and notes you add are yours. You keep ownership. You give us permission to store and display that content back to you so the app can work. You are responsible for what you upload and confirm you have the right to use any photos you add.
The Climb is in active development. Features may change, move or occasionally break, and the service is provided as is. Please keep your own copies of anything important. We are grateful for your patience while we build.
The Climb has a free plan. A paid Pro plan is planned. When Pro launches, pricing will be shown before you subscribe, payment will be handled securely by Stripe, and you will be able to cancel at any time. Until then, everything described here is free to use.
We work hard to keep The Climb running and useful, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or fit a particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including lost data or lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using The Climb and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use The Climb means you accept the updated terms.
